Put It All On Me.

With the FWs in full swing, it's amazing to think that designers are already looking at trends for next fall when I can't wait to put on hotpants and clogs for the spring. As we all know, the glam 70's is back BIG for the warmer months this year, and Marc Jacobs protrayed this trend perfectly. He also made the transition very well from his spring collection to his fall collection. Marc always knows exactly how to position his brand and his looks.(or maybe I'm set perfectly in his target audience)

In Love ♥

What are you looking forward to?

Every year, around this time-I start to embrace my inner girly-ness (more than usual). I think it's because I start to dream of Spring. Pastels & Bright lipstick. Ruffled florals & Crisp lines. My mother used to dress us up in fluffy dresses, complete with large brimmed hats, bows & lace gloves. ( <----I think I've found the source of my Springtime infatuation...or my life)

I adore this Marc by Marc Jacobs floral bag (left). I mimics classic 70's print. The Vivienne Westwood dress (right) is the epitome of girly. The pops of pink, feminine neckline & the playful draping/length make for the perfect springtime "going-out" dress. The black makes it a bit more sophisticated and ups the wearability.

J.Crew never fails to catch my eye. If I could afford it, I would have my entire wardrobe consist of them. These two outfits were among my top favorites in their spring lookbook. The look on the left could be worn during the day or night. I love an outfit with versatility. The monochromatic look on the right is great for a Saturday lunch date. It also screams "yacht day with John Hughes."
